Education Career Experience

Proposal Manager for Orchard Software Corporation | November 2007 – Present

Oversees the development of proposals, bids, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients.
Maintains extensive knowledge of healthcare information technology, laboratory software applications, healthcare IT infrastructure, including but not limited to: security, regulatory compliance, network architecture, etc.
Collaborates with members of the sales, marketing, finance, legal, development, research, proramming, and product teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely.
Recommends enhancements to the organization’s software products or services based on inquiries from prospects.
Responsible for the administration of the sales demo database and Orchard’s products (installation and maintenance) on Sales & Marketing personnel computers and trade show computers.

Marketing Media Specialist for Orchard Software Corporation | March 2005 – December 2014

Responsible for production of all printed marketing materials including, but not limited to: print publication content and design, eebsite user interface design and content, online advertisin, design and production of all promotional giveaways. This included working very closely with production vendors to produce print specific artwork on tight deadlines.
Managed video production for internal corporate training, industry trade shows, marketing and advertising.
Responsible for all photography for company advertising campaigns.
Responsible for all information technology support for a sales staff of 45 employees—including home
network support, PC hardware and software support, mobile phone support, etc.

Served in a technical support call center that serviced 24/7/365 support to approximately 1200 clients throughout the United States.
Utilized a variety of technical resources to provide support including remote VPN connectivity, web-based support, team-oriented CRM, etc.
Excelled in specific product support for Orchard® Copia® and HL7 Interfacing
Worked closely with clinical laboratory professionals, offering guidance on laboratory processes and workflows
